Additional Information
Payment via PayPal of one-half of the rental fee is required at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of it. Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit will be refunded up to 1 week prior to your stay.
Check-in time is 3 PM, check-out no later than 10 am.
Please also note the following:
- One cleaning per week is included in the rental fee;
- There is a minimum of a 2-day stay.
- This vacation property has a no smoking (except on the roof), no pets and no children policy;
